Khan said on Twitter recently in reply to who would be the ideal opponent for his next fight.

He said the winner of Maidana-Bradley :)
Talk is cheap but Khan normally doesn't talk smack

What's there to test dude? If he takes clean shots from solid punchers, he'll go down again easily. He's got an awful chin, and nothing's going to change it.

People need to stop harping on about his chin, and start questioning his defence. Because it's this aspect of Khan's game which will determine whether he'll be a great success or not. A great defence, will go along way in protecting that china chin of his, and will see him pulling through many fights

Talk is especially cheap where Khan is concerned. He said before this fight that he was going to fight maidana, then changed his mind and signed for paulie instead. He WONT fight Maidana for a while yet

Give me a link where actually said that? A quote?

As far as I know, Khan said he would like to fight either Paulie Malignaggi or Marcos Maidana. So he chose Paulie.

The guy got caught cold in one fight! It happened to Lennox Lewis V Rahman, does that mean Lewis had a China chin??? he took bombs from Vitali, when they fought and didnt go down, and that was at the end of his career.

Also most of his previous knock downs were due to balance, he's corrected a lot of the things he used to do wrong, and you can see it. Aside from Prescott, when has he ever been knocked out or even stopped on his feet????

Yes the real test will come against a puncher, but he shipped a few against Kotelnik (Kotelnik isn't a massive puncher, but I bet you he hits harder than Paulie pillow fist Maliggnagi does) and that was Khan moving up a weight too and didn't flinch when hit.

I would say he has an ok chin, maybe not granite but a good chin. So what if he gets knocked out against a puncher, most fighters who get hit against a puncher will go down! That's why the key is to box smart when fighting one. People are so damn obsessed with this chin nonsense!

I disagree. I'm not hating. It's just very obvious that his chin is very dodgy and if he gets caught flush he will go down. He has also been down in the amateurs and also plenty of rumours that he was put down sparring in the past. His chin will be his downfall.

I actually give him a good chance against Bradley, who I think will be the winner of that particular fight. It's the big hitters that will expose his weakness.

He's had a relatively few fights, yet been decked many times - things to note -

    1. he's been decked many times, even in the short, early stages of his career.

    2. he's been dropped and hurt by feather-fisted punchers, in their 30s, who are dwarved by him.

    3. the first time Khan fights someone his own size and weight class he got ANNIHILATED. I cannot stress that enough - he was wobbling off a SINGLE JAB. The punches that dropped him made him drop like a sack of **** - his central nervous system just turned off and he slumped into a heap. He got up and was allowed to go on (luckily), then AGAIN, anything that landed put him out in a heap again.

It's not just that he lost, but he lost to a guy thats gone on to SUCK, and his loss to this guy was by being pasted through the floor.

Even Barrera had him thinking for a second - another dwarved opponent, at the end of his career, got to Khan with a shot he actually blocked! amazing!

His chin is TERRIBLE, end of.

khan certainly looking bigger. i personally think the guy will be rather successful, and beat some fighters that they don't expect him to beat due to his phenomenal speed and workrate which alone will cause alot of fighters problems. i also can see khan getting knocked oyut by a crude journeyman. it's going to be one of them careers. highs and lows instantly.

They're nothing alike in the slightest but it makes me think of Tommy Morrison - whether he won or lost there was always action!

    Who the ****'s Maidana?

That's what most people would say if he took that fight, which is probably a harder fight.

He wants to fight a name for his debut in the US.

Americans drone on about USA being the mecca of boxing, so it makes perfect sense to fight somebody who Americans know, IN America.

I can understand why he did it, makes lots of sense, but make no mistakes about it, it was a duck.
