Well, 8cm is fingertip to fingertip isnt it? or fist to fist or w/e.

So it's half that really, surely?

And even then, it could be width of the shoulders as opposed to arm length.

edit: boxrec says the reach difference is only 4cm ..

Don't really matter when you can see Froch's punches coming from a mile off. :D

He won't use that small advantage probably. Not like a boxer anyway.

He doesn't use his reach advantage like say Lennox Lewis, Klitschkos and those kind of boxers

That is true. But Froch's nose is at least 3 cm longer than Kessler's. So we're really only talking about 5 centimeters on nose shots. :D

Froch has a reach of 74 inches, whilst Kessler has a reach of 73 inches.

Froch shouldnt be concerned with no goddamn reach. His plan should be just go in there and mug Mikkel, and try to land big.

Skill wise he cant compete with Kessler.

76" to 73" thats 3 inch difference, but they often dont give us correct measurments often changing it. Also arm length would be a better indication on who has longer arms.

Froch likes to fly his punches in from a long way away. Basically if you think you're on the edge of his reach, that's when he's most likely to attack.

Not a material advantage that's going to make a difference.
