Is Vitor Belfort the hardest hitting fighter in MMA??

    yeah gotta have fedor up there the speed and power behind his punches can put anyone to sleep!
    its a hard subject really in no order id have daley,carwin,fedor,Arlovski,belfort and bader and bowels have got a good dig! what bout yours pal?

    To paraphrase James Toney, Belfort is one of the best punchers in MMA. Not the hardest, but the BEST. He's fast and accurate and throws great combinations.

    P4P BJ Penn & Belfort & Silva are the best punchers in terms of technical ability and accuracy... which imo means there the hardest.... but look at some old school Chuck Liddell he had some SERIOUS POWER

    Technique and accuracy means they're effective. It doesn't mean they're the hardest punchers. Penn has great technique but he doesn't knock guys out with punches the way Belfort or Silva or Cote do. Edgar is another example of an accurate and technical boxer who throws great combos but doesn't have great power.
