    Hey Andy i hope you are well and fatherhood is getting easier?

    I belive Darren sparred with both Kessler and Froch so could you ask Darren to mark the two of them out of ten for defence, Strength (power) and ring craft on his experience sparring them.

    If Froch beats Kessler tonight with a convincing win, how does his record compare with that of Joe Calzaghe's record?
