Yeah. I was getting pretty pissed off with Bunce's bias, and I normally like the guy. All that shite about the champ should automatically get the close rounds?!? Disgracefull!
Terrible. I had Kessler 118-110 (wide I know but nearly acceptable, 117-111 is perfectly acceptable) What the hell was Duke and Darren on.
It was horrendous and I wont be complaining about sky in future after this little showing. Everytime they said something I thought the opposite was happening!!
Kessler won fair and square to me. This fight wasn't close. There was no "this could have gone either way" scenario in my eyes.
I listened to 5 live and Bunce, as much as I love the guy, was chatting **** most of the time like others have said. Him, Woodhall and Costello all had it 6-6...
That line came out in the PrimeTime commentary as well. Its utter bollocks. Once the bell goes for the first round the fighters should be treated equally. The only advantage the champ has is that he keeps his title if the fight is a draw.
The commentary was bad enough but when we went back to the studio we had to put up with that tit who looks like he has just done a media studies course at the local polytechnic along with Darren Barker who made himself look a right dickhead. If that wasn`t bad enough we then had Peter Schmeichel doing the post fight interviews. Froch being the c*nt he is moaned about hometown decisions forgetting that he was outboxed in his last fight and was very fortunate to get a hometown decision against Dirrell. If there was any justice Froch would be out of the tourney now having lost both his fights. I had it 116/112 Kessler.
The segments I disliked the most were the "and Froch fights right back". This was Froch windmilling (and hitting nothing) after Kessler had landed something hard on him.
Can you be abit more specific on the sequence? They would have been aswell getting Carl Froch's family and Karl Pilkington doing the commentry, in fact maybe through in Ricky Gervais for some light releif.
