Yep, this is a legit win. Although he's gonna lose it in his next bout.

Good run of opposition, although the results are questionable.

True...tonight must have put a few miles on both clocks. I think they've both racked up some wear and tear anyway. Kessler has had a long old career, injuries aplenty, inactivity. Froch's face first defence and tough fights of late. Both should call it a day after this really.

No, serious, that's not what I'm looking to do.

Froch is a breath of fresh air.

But at some point he needs to be treated to the same level of scrituny as the rest of our world champs.

That was Kessler's last tonight, I'm convinced of it.

If he fights Green he loses.

He's a shadow of the fighter that fought Andrade.

TBH I think most boxers get treated too harshly on forums. Every fight/ defence won't be against the best guy availiable and who also happens to be in his prime.

Kessler - Lost in a good scrap on opposition turf amid travel chaos. No excuse though, Kessler earned the victory.

Dirrell - beat an apparently scared opponent who ran all night and yet he still connected with more punches

Taylor - ok, probably well past his best, but people everywhere predicted a defeat and Taylor had only lost to one opponent and beat Lacey 5 months prior

Pascal - one of the fights of the year, all out war. Pascals only defeat to date in 26 bouts.

I see what you are saying, but Froch has earned plenty of respect in most people eyes, he is never going to be an atg but he takes on any challenge and apart from style/technique is exactly what this sport needs more of. Imagine if there was a few as game in every weight class, you would soon be able to call out the easy path merchants.

Yeah of course, but for some reason if somebody fights Froch their stock rises.

People are giving him a free ride.

Apparently his last 4 have been the hardest ever on the spin.

His attitude is great, but lets be consistent.

I think you could argue its the 4 hardest fighters fought on the spin by a British fighter?

Depends what critique we are holding his opponents to.

Yep Green's gonna be trouble. Don't really rate him but...handspeed. Handspeed :scaredas:

Mikkel doesn't like that. Even more so at the moment, his reactions are slow as ****.

He'll have to grind that one out again. Green doesn't follow a gameplan very well and can lose confidence.

Mikkel needs to let it go I'm afraid.

No chance he will, but thems my thoughts.
