I amPole but due to the fact fight was in "Arreola's lair" i gave 115-113. I know that Adamek was much better, but i gave 1-2 more rounds to Cris due to the place where a fight was held.
Arreola won rounds four and six. Adamek won the rest. 118 -110 You could make a case that Arreola also won round five. I wouldn't buy it, but I wouldn't argue it much. So 117 -111 is within the realm of reason. Tony Crebs, who scored it 114 -114 ? I believe he was a late stand-in and usually judges figure skating.
I don't have the Round by round memorized but I had it 7 rounds pretty clearly for Adamek, three rounds clearly for Arreola and 2 that I thought could've been called a draw or have gone either way. The better athlete and better boxer won. But I think he's skating on thin ice as a heavyweight anyway. Big balls on that Pole.
Arreola-Adamek R1: 9-10 R2: 9-10 R3: 9-10 R4: 9-10 R5: 10-9 R6: 10-9 R7: 9-10 R8: 9-10 R9: 9-10 R10: 10-9 R11: 10-9 R12: 9-10 TOTAL: 112-116 OK I admit it, I was touched by Arreola's effort with one hand in round 11, so I gave it to him.
I am an Adamek fan, but I say no, there is no comparison in these 2 fights. Only this that Arreola was losing both fights
