No the Highlands is actually a part of Scotland

Its not just movie ****, the top of Scotland is the Highlands, hence people from there are Highlanders.

Its funny, Adamek can come off a little arrogant in English because of the language barrier, but when you hear him in his native Polish, he's a pretty humble but confident guy. IMO Adamek should still stick to the interpreter......but he's like that and does't want to be seen handicapped.

Once again Arreola makes my night with his humbleness and candidness. It is really too bad, his dedication and preperation for fights is not quite up to par. IMO he would still kick Tony Thompson's ass out of this stratosphere. Chambers though might be a different story, but he might KO him.

lol my point was that Scottish people don't own the word highlands. It can refer to any group of people from a mountian region, whether it be the Carpathians in Eastern Europe or the Himalayans in Nepal.

So if anyone lives in mountians anywhere in the world they're Scottish, according to you :patsch

Adamek didn't start learning English until he was around 30 though. Pretty good imo.

It has nothing to do with ****ing mountains man :patsch
The Highlands is just the North of Scotland, no mountains or any other bull**** just like towns like in any other part of the UK, thats the actual name of the area.

It has a few mountains in the surrounding areas but no one lives there, its not as if their are people living 900 metres up a mountain like you are saying

Did you spell it with one "G" or two?

I was going to say something about how American bleepitty-bleep words are used in other languages. German ones sound particularly weak, in comparison.

Yes it does. Tomasz said he was a highlander, you asked if he was scottish, implying that only Scots can be Highlanders. fact is that the term Highlander can be used for any people living in the "high lands" or mountians.

    Now stop talking

I see your point. If Gorals live in Scotland then they would be Highlanders. But what is the other word we can use here? Mountain guy? Its not only that Adameks family come frome the mountains, but its thw whole culture, as in Scotlands Highlands.

Hold on a second where did i ask if he was Scottish exactly?

Maybe in your mind only, but i never asked that, i never even mentioned that maybe you should try ****ing reading before spouting your Eastern Block bull****.
