:nono No way i show no bias when it comes to scoring fights, you could have made a case for giving Chris the 10th as he was pressing Adamek and controlling the round for the first half, but i was fair and realized that Adamek won the last half and was tagging Chris towards the end, so thats why i had it even. Neither did much in the first i felt neither did enough to win it or lose it, Lederman and Kellerman were also split on that 1st round.
Come on save that for some newbie boxing fan, many times that doesnt tell a whole lot. Did you ever see the Chavez-Taylor fight? If you went by their faces you would have thought Chavez dominated Taylor and took nothing in return, but yet everybody including Chavez diehards had Taylor well ahead. You dont judge fights by the punishment on their faces. Arreola is just a good sport most fighters would have been saying they deserved the fight. Arreola has a good sense of humor and took the decision well he didnt want to sell sour, ill bet you deep down he feels the decision could have gone his way.
What's up with people saying Arreola landed more body shots? Get the **** outa here and show me the punch stats. Adamek landed SO many more!
I had it 117-111. I know I gave Adamek the first four and gave Arreola the 5th and 6th, but I can't remember off the top the other round I gave Arreola.
116-112 Adamek. What are people who scored the fight a draw giving Arreola some of those rounds for? Plodding around the ring and eating combinations?
Anarci, You're a good guy, but if Chris feels the decision should have gone his way, he needs to watch the fight again in the presence of three or four unbiased observers.
