which 4 does everyone think will make it to the semis taking into fact the last fight to happen in the second round????

im going for ward , abraham , froch and kessler. ward will beat dirrell and green and kessler will beat green leavin dirrell with 2 points and green with nowt! froch should beat abraham if he boxes a bit cleverer than last night leaving him with 4 points. kessler will be joint with 4 and even though abraham lost two his ko over taylor will put him 4th with 3!

    so.............ward=6 , kessler=4 , froch=4 and abraham=3.

although i may be underestimating green a bit.

leaving abraham to go out and every fighter progressing with 4 points. that would shake it up!!!!

    i think

    Ward 6 points
    Abraham 5 points
    kessler 4-5 points
    Dirrel-Froch 2 points
    Green 0 points

so Ward, Kess, Abraham and either Dirrel or froch depending on the rules

I agree, I hate it as a fan, but I still think in purely boxing terms Dirrell is possibly the best overall of the 6. He looks a shade faster then Ward, has reasonable power as witness him stunning Froch a few times and decking Abraham and his own chin looked solid, until it was hit square-on whilst unawares by Abraham. If that illegal KO hasn't dimisnished his durability, then he can win it. Some say he has a "glass heart" but I think that's implistic. Although his bitching and clinching against Froch showed he doesn't like getting roughed up he never actually folded and by the end of the fight was landing the sharper punches. And he looked pretty confident throughout the Abraham fight, he even grinned in defiance at King Arthur a few times after taking a few bombs.

My predictions for the remainder f the tourny:
    Ward UD12 Green
Froch UD12 Abraham if in England; Abraham SD12 Froch if in Germany
    Kessler UD12 Green
    Dirrell SD12 Ward
SO it'll probably be Ward, Kessler, Dirrell and Froch/Abraham depends on venue.

I think they should consider doing something like they do in the World Cup, make the final round fought simultanousy on neutral venues, so no fighters can make an unspoken arrangement so that they both go thru, having known how other results already went?

that will be one boring chess match of a fight. two boxer - movers very rarely makes an exciting fight.
