Too many yes men. If one of your boys said some corny **** like that you would slap him in the mouth on general principal.
Man, anybody else seriously feel like Floyd might be a little bypolar? I do agree that he knows to sell them fight through controversy, BUT watching even 1 interview he seems like 2-3 different people Floyd Mayweather JR #1: A material man... He loves money, loves things in this world, loves cars, woman. #2: A child... Whenever things aren't going his way he gets to cussing up a storm, and gets very angry. Also discredits the other guy, and basically say any hurtful thing he could come up. #3: A lovable christian type guy... He gives people respect, says he cares about others, speaks positive things, talks about god, saying "You can't keep the stuff where your going", etc, etc. I'm not sure how to feel about the guy. You almost feel like something is seriously wrong with him, and feel sorry in some ways. At the same time you want to see him get beat up. Oh well, people that act like that are humbled sooner or later...Hopfully he understands what he's doing (even if it were an act it still isn't right).
No, I didn't ever say you have to go like Mayweather. You implied that only a rare, insane few would do ****ed up things for cash, but we all know there are no angels when it comes to money. Going too low in talking **** doesn't even measure up to some of the **** people do for cash.
No I didnt, i implied that assholes do ****ed up things for money. Sadly in this day and age there is a lot of assholes...
Human nature has always been the same. There's the same amount of assholes as on a relative basis as there always has been.
People are more forgiving if insults are laced with comedic flair. Unfair, yes, but true all the same. Floyd, unfortunately, is rarely ever amusing in his insults, and so there is no particular charm to cover the crassness.
god i hope this is a great fight. Got a lot of casual-dont-know-****-bout-boxing friends coming and need them coming back for future PPVs.
