    alot dont add muscle mass very quickly when they move up out of choice it takes time. others who move up out of necessity usually gain muscle fast because there not cutting as much so they have the meat on thier body and they'll spend less time in training cutting weight and more time focusing on turning that meat into muscle

    Some fighters already weigh the weight they move up to.They just don't drain.

    It's not all muscle, its water, fat, muscle, a trained athlete can't build muscle that quickly without juice.
