the 10 point must system is BEFORE any deductions for fouls.

Fight A wins round one over fighter B but get deducted a point for low blows. The judge scores the round 10-9 for A, THEN deducts any penalties, making the round end up 9-9.

Fight a could also win a round with a KD having the judge score it 10-8, and have the same penalty, and the round would be tallied as 9-8.

So in those cases it would be a 10-10 and a 10-9 right?

    No.

If a foul point is taken that point stays taken.

    10 point must is simple.

You must give at least one fighter 10 points unless a foul point is taken. Not a KD point but a foul.

I give even rounds as well. Its stupid to award one fighter a round when neither won it.

Even rounds are rare, but they're there.

Even under the 10 point must.

LOL at the thread starter calling people dummies for not understanding the 10 point must system when he doesn't get it himself. You must be new to boxing dude, 10 point must means at least one fighter must be awarded 10 pts but both can also be awarded 10 pts judges don't often do it but I've seen several official scorecards with 10-10 rounds.
