"Roger is slowing down" -PBF

Wow. Someone's clutching at straws here.

 

I thought just the opposite. I was thinking he (Floyd) is looking for a reason to make them think he is slower. The fight in it self is going to be a chess match it's all about who will be at their absolute best that night!!

Maybe Floyd actually cares about his family. He did use his money to take them all out of the ghetto with him. He gets very little respect for that.

 

I kind of have to agree with you, but Floyd feels comfortable with him in his corner. Roger did help Floyd alot in his fight with zab judah. I forget which round it was, but Roger knew that zab's speed and southpaw style was too much for floyd on the outside, and that zab is a novice inside fighter, he told Floyd to take the fight in the inside, and then floyd began to dominate him.

 

I really cant believe that so many people reach at some of the smallest thing being said.
i took it as "My uncle is sick"
especially since the theme of the show was to profile the father and uncle. GEEZ
I am starting to see why people say this board is a joke.

 

what shocked me was he said he was reading about diabetes? i didn't know the mother****er knew how to read, much less medical stuff like diabetes!!! i thought he he would be able read things like curious george, the cat in the hat, or green eggs and ham. that was the most surprising part of 24/7.

pac cant read very well either to my understanding..floyd could teach both roger and manny how to read

 

learning how to read from floyd would be like learning how to stay off drugs from whitney houston.

i honestly thought that was a sad moment for the camp the fact that Roger and Floyd Sr. are both very ill.

yea but at least the sport of boxing keeps them active physicaly...which is always better to be active physicaly when ill.
