bute would knock stieglitz out, but he would lose against everyone from the super six except green. bute is way overrated, he is a canadian hbo hype job like pavlik. i bet that froch would knock the **** out of bute, abraham would knock him out too, dirrell, ward and kessler will beat him by a wide ud

He has to choose between :
    Bika/Brinkley
    Curtis Stevens
    Les Sherington
    Karoly Balzsay
    Sebastian Demers
    Brian Magee
    Robert Stieglitz

Now you choose the one who's not a waste of time In Your Opinion .

Yeah, you are right. Stieglitz is no more waste of time than those guys.

However, Williams, Hopkins, Dawson may be more interesting. However, if I were Bute, I would never in a million years fight Dawson at LHW. IF Dawson can come to Bute and fight for Bute's belt then fine, but it isn;t Bute's fault that LHW is pretty empty.

Williams is going to fight Martinez or Pavlik after Cintron

    Dawson's fighting Pascal.

Hopkins will never fight Bute in Europe.

All those might be possible down the line at some point. But there is almost zero chance any of them will happen in 3 months from now.

They seem to be sure of the July date...
August would have add the Bika-Brinkley as a possibility winner but Interbox seem to think it's not easy to do a mandatory in Romania.

Please, Stieglitz, not Demers. I don't want to see Demers suffer so much. He was a poor defense for Abraham at 160, imagine at 168...

The only thing Demers bring to the table is a different style that Bute hasn't seen much so far. He's a classic boxer that works behind his jab. Demers isn't a bad fighter per say. He's just no where near Bute's level. It would be a disappointment to see Bute defend against him. But if he's going to defend against guys like Stevens, Sherington, etc... he may as well fight Demers. At least the press conference will be interesting. Demers has a big mouth. He's good at playing the bad guy. :D

If this went down, I'd praise Stieglitz for manning up like that.

Bute ask for it an Interbox agree! it's important for him to fight in his home country! they will probably fill a stadium with Bute fighting over there!

Stieglitz is a decent opponent when you consider that most of the top fighters are tied up with the super 6. Stopped the previous champ and defended against the guy who beat Balzsay.
Bika would be acceptable but Bute's been there and done that.

    Maxime, wake up!

This not gonna hapen and you know it.

Stieglitz got been beaten by Andrade, and his promoter won`t take any risk.Do you think Bedard is smart and germans of Universum are stupid?

He will gonna fight only in Germany and that in the best scenario.

Stieglitz is with SES Boxing not Universum
In the unlikely case that Abraham falls out of the super six they can eye a fight with him but he would badly lose here too. There are not many ways to make money with Stieglitz and there is not much on the line since Stieglitz isnt a big draw anywhere..
