Calzaghe would win it...Ward would be his toughest fight.

Style wise Dirrell would be a nightmare for Calzaghe. A faster taller version of himself. With better movement, and shaper punches. I think that AA would have been the next toughest fight because of his POWER counter. Calzaghe would get very sloppy at times, something that almost saw him KNOCKED out by two fourty plus years old past thier primes fighers in Jones and Hopkins.

Ward I beleive is just a better fighter then Calzaghe, that would have been a great fight to see.

we already saw the Kessler fighter, and Joe would rip Froch and Green/Taylor new assholes.

In the end I think that only Ward would beat him, Dirrell COULD but I dont think that he would. AA has a punchers chance, even though Joe has never been stopped.

Ward wouldgive him real problems because i see wards style is very "B-Hop" like now with holding and hitting and yes, even the head butt(though i still dont think its truely intentional) which make him hard to hit. Ward however has a better offense(faster and throws more punches) IMHO and that would make the difference in the fight.

Hmmm... Calzaghe is very good at smothering and breaking the rhythm of technical fighters like Ward, so I'm going with Abraham, if anyone.
It's possible that Joe would've won the whole thing, though... but he'd be stinking up a lot of fights to get there.

Calzaghe would have beaten all of them, pretty easily in fact. Maybe Ward would give him problems but he would still win.

Calzaghe had only a handful of meaningful victories in his career. Every fighter in the tourney would be among the best opponents he had faced. I would have loved to see him fight one top opponent that can really punch. With his **** poor defense I think he would be stretched.

it would take only one shot from AA for Joe to stop slapping like a ***** to start running like one.

Ward would beat Calzaghe and after Ward wins the Super 6, people might wake up to how good Ward is.

A prime Joe would win the tournament, undefeated. The biggest danger would be a fight with AA, in Germany.

You are correct sir!. Of course the haters will be out thick as thieves. Even the Show chumps are still stricken with serious man love for every Euro fighter in the tourney.

I´d pick Slappy Joe to win the tournament. He could deal with punchers as well as with fast boxers.

Did you see what Dirrell was able to do to Abraham? Abraham would get Lacy'd by Calzaghe.

IMO Ward would have the best chance, but I still favor Calzaghe.

I went with ward, fast and mobile enough to keep up with Joe's workrate... It would have been awesome if he was part of it. Abraham probably has a puncher's chance, but he always does anyway..

None of these guys really had a chance against Calzaghe in his prime. Even the Calzaghe that fought Kessler (his last bout at 168) would beat these guys.

Froch? No head movement, predictable punches and too slow to land, He'd be a walking target for Calzaghe and would predict this to be pretty one sided

Kessler? Regressed since that fight, not the fighter he used to be and wouldn't offer the challenge he once did

Abraham? Too easy to hit for a slick fighter, look at how Dirrell controlled him - Calzaghe would just beat the snot out of him.

Ward? Slick fighter, this would be the toughest fight of the lot but I just think the ability Calzaghe has to fight from the outside or inside would mean he'd find a way to beat him

Dirrell, Green, Taylor? Not even worth talking about.

You know I didn't even think of that, good one.

    Compubox numbers

    Calzaghe - Thrown 1000 connected 350
    Abraham - Thrown 12 Connected 2

Scorecards - Abraham 117-111 across the board UD.
