Angulo wants Cotto or Margo next...can he beat them?

It's good to dream, But Angulo still needs to build.

 

cotto can easily do what cintron did, plus cotto is faster.

Margo vs. Angulo would be a good fight both of them just keep coming foward.

 

Angulo should go after Margo. I would pay good money to see that fight.

I think Angulo beats them both at this point. Cotto is very small at 154 and he'd have to really outbox him for all 12 rounds...Angulo's work rate isn't as high as Margarito's and he isn't quite as good at closing distance as Margarito, but the guy hits like a bomb, easily the hardest puncher that Cotto's faced and after the beatings he's taken to Margarito and Pacquiao...it's not a good recipe.

Interestingly, Margarito and Angulo have sparred before. Margarito's success at 154 didn't match his success at 147. He has a good deal of ring rust and who knows what his ridiculous chin is like now after Mosley landed hayemaker after hayemaker on it. Angulo's not a guy you really want to come in chine first against.

 

I hate to say it, but Cotto would get wrecked. Angulo is a devastating puncher and a lot stronger.

 

Angulo would destroy Cotto. So would Kirkland.
