    Warren started up another promotional company before SN went into administration.

    SN went into administration due to the opinion being given that they couldn't pay the £1.8m owed to Joe Calzaghe which was found to him by way of a High Court judgement.

    Warren is a creditor too. You couldn't make it up.

    To the naked eye, it would appear that Joe hasn't been paid out by the company which was headed by Frank Warren yet Warren himself is continuing to trade as a boxing promoter.

    This is, of course, all above board.
