Yeah I only considered that's what you may have meant after I voted, for overall resume Adamek takes it.
Don't get me wrong I think Adamek is fantastic but he always leaves divisions with unfinished business. He left light heavy after losing to Dawson, This might of been down to weight issues more than anything but in an ideal world you would of liked to see him have another crack at Dawson or some of the other title holders. As for Cruiser he should of had the rematch with Cunningham before moving up, that's the fight everyone wanted to see. Where as Haye cleared out Cruiserweight before moving up.
Im gonna say on the whole you cant seperate them , but i think Haye KO's Adamek if that counts for anything !!!!
Adamek killed himself to make 175 , he blames his loss to Dawson on that , and you'd have to be fair and say the way he's looked since moving up there is some substance to that claim , Adamek Cunningham 2 compared to Adamek , Wlad , Vitali , Arreola or Haye is a poor relative , he must of had a nice little payday against Golota back home , same again with Arreola , and the Estrada fight was just paving the way for him to seen as a legit top level HW which he now is !!!! Cant blame the fella really .
Well at the time, when he left CW, there were about 7-8 guys out the top ten Ring ranked CW's he hadn't fought, including one who was holding - one of the major recognised respected belts. Call me old fashioned, but that doesn't not constitute "cleaning out" a division to me.
This has been done, Adamek's record is better, however for a fair comparison I ask: How was Adameks resume compared to Hayes when he was 29? How was his record compared to Hayes when he had 25 fights?
No you can't blame him fighters like adamek deserve big pay days at this point in their careers. I think adamek haye is a much better fight than vitalli haye, wladamir would be tasty though.
