I think what people neglect to ponder is that Pac is now VERY RICH in PI. Now, if people shoot insults to him, he can just simply walk away because he can. To all haters that can't understand this, then you have to understand how Filipino culture works. It's not always the money. And if you don't still get why a person can simply walk away to that kind of cash then that exemplifies the difference between two cultures.

tooooooo much money for this fight not to happen especially if Pbf beats Mosley...wht i can see happening is the negotiations dive again for the second time....then Pac fights Mosley...no doubt Pac beats Mosley worse than Floyd...then the third time negotiations take place fight gets made...i can honestly see this.

if mayweather wins a close competitive fight against mosley and the pacquiao fight cannot be made, I wouldnt mind seeing a pacquiao mosley fight. In this case, this would be the next best fight for pacquiao.

I called this before the original fight was planned
and then made a post asking people how long it would take before the fight would actually happen once it was announced. In that thread I stated it wouldn't happen. That Floyd would find a way out before the fight happened.
    Floyd will not fight Pacquaio.
No matter the outcome of the Mosely fight they will rematch. That is why they paid of Berto. It created the biggest fight possible period. And it gave 100% control to GBP of 2 MAJOR fights (rematch) with no questions asked.

floyd will only fight people who are big money makers and people he can beat, if he loses to Pac he loses his money making value. I think when PBF's camp watched the Cotto fight they got real scared, they didnt realize how good that demon really was. I think they will fight but it might not be anytime soon.

Tim Smith of the New York Daily News is a Joy Boy.

Most know that Tim Smith cowardly ducked out of the New York City Pacquiao-Clottey press conference (in Smith's backyard) following Smith's baseless smear of Manny Pacquiao involving non-existent emails and Team Pacquiao's supposed inquiry into what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty (during negotiations with Floyd Mayweather, Jr.) for performance-enhancing drugs (PED's).

Until proven otherwise, Smith either knowingly lied about his supposed "source" (emails) on this matter or else he foolishly believed a second-hand source (someone told Smith that he or she had seen the supposed emails, that is) without being competent or interested enough to double-check the information himself with another source.

    Smith thus flunked Journalism 101.

Many writers, if they had done what Smith had done, would be fired or at least forced to explain their actions. Smith wasn't fired, and, as mentioned, he ducked out on the Pacquiao-Clottey press conference because a number of Filipino reporters were eager to ask some questions Timmy didn't want to answer.

You can read more about that story here:

    http://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/tim-smith-ducked-the-pacquiao-clottey-press-conference/

...and many other places on the web. Just Google "Tim Smith + Pacquiao + emails," and it's all there.

Anyways, credibility demonstrably shot when it comes to discussing Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Smith goes back to The Lying Well once again about Manny:

    http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/m...eather_jr_strikes_payperview_gold.html?page=1

    That's a lie.

The Truth: Manny Pacquiao agreed to Mayweather's unfounded and unprecedented request for testing. BUT...Mayweather was insistent on the testing cut-off date being 14 days whereas Pacquiao wanted the cut-off date to be 24 days:

    http://philboxing.com/news/story-37877.html

In other words, Manny agreed to take the tests. And not only did Manny agree to take the tests, reports are that doctors which consulted with Team Mayweather during the Pacquiao negotiations assured them that Pacquiao's cut-off date proposal would maintain the legitimacy of the bout (that is, that Pac was clean or not getting any benefit from short-term PED usage).

Mayweather balked. Some said it was because he never wanted to fight Pacquiao in the first place.

Whatever the reason for Mayweather's decision not to accept the 24-day cut-off date, Tim Smith needs to stop fabricating information about Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather and their failed negotiations. It is further damaging his credibility and the credibility of his employer, in my opinion.

Stop lying, Tim. Or we'll keep calling you out until you do.

Tim Smith was also kissing Manny's dick in the lead up to Manny's fight with Cotto. I downloaded that little pre-fight hyping video "The Rise of Manny Pacquiao" that they played on the PPV channel and he does nothing but call Manny unprecedented and a great fighter and blah blah blah.So i'm wondering wtf made him change his mind.

I'm also wondering why the **** NOTHING happened after the e-mail fiasco.
