I think you regret that cold that Miranda had before the Stieglitz fight as much as he does.
:nut Maybe Green get's eliminated having 1 win and holding 1 belt WBA/WBC and we will see
    Miranda vs Green 2 :nut

I just hope Miranda has another chance so he can spend more time with Goossen and keep working on his boxing. He looked pretty good the first two rounds, but just lost his composure in that 3rd round. I'd like to see one fight against a top 10-20 fighter and see how he does. Then maybe another shot at a top 5 fighter.

I hate to think that he is 'ruined'. If only he had Goossen before the Pavlik fight. With Goossen who knows what could have been.

I havent given up complete hope. I just don't see HBO or SHO giving him a chance any time soon. Maybe he can get a decent fight over in Europe and rebuild himself over there for the next year. I know.... wishful thinking.

I don't think Miranda is ruined. Bute was just a too big step for him. He looked different than usual in the first two rounds. We need to see him again to make a judgment on him. Is the new technique ruining his abilities? Or does he need more time to perfect what he's learned?

Miranda is actually better then he was before but his bad luck was to face Bute too soon. Anyone from the super 6 would have been suffering in pain after that hit straight to the liver in the third round and everyone would have been ko'ed with that perfect shot to the chin. Is not Miranda fault that Bute is from another planet. You will see how Bute will smack the heads of that super 6 bitches very soon.

Wouldn't it be impossible for Green to get elliminated and still hold the WBA belt?

Erhm.. What I meant was if he wins the WBA belt then he would have to loose to Kessler to get eliminated. Fighting to a draw with Kessler could lead to a really ****ed up situation points wise. That might leave 3 fighters with 3 points if Froch defeats Abraham. If we assume (it won't happen though) Green won against Ward and Ward looses to Dirrell or wise versa then the scoreboard would be as follows:

    4 pts Dirrell/Ward
    4 pts Froch
    3 pts Abraham
    3 pts Kessler
    3 pts Green
    2 pts Ward/Dirrell

It's almost impossible for Green to be eliminated with the WBA belt.

If he wins his fight against Kessler he would probably advance also. (as he would at least finish above Kessler)

I don't think anybody will exit this tournament with a belt. I think it is only Green who could.

If Green looses to Ward and then wins a decision against Kessler, both boxers would leave the Super Six and Green would have the WBC strap.

Bute and Ward are top two by far IMO.
Abraham I thought was close, and I predicted that Ward would be able to do what Direll did to him in the finals of the Super Six.

Direll is still learning and could be considered at the level of Bute and Ward soon. Abraham, Froch, Kessler and Green don't stand much of a chance against Bute and Ward right now.

The top 6 of the SMW division is a tossup at the moment. Bute is not by far the best and neither is Ward. Dirrell for all I care might be the goods. We'll see how he does against Ward. All due respect to Miranda Pantera, but he's not a measuring stick for greatness. Great KO by Bute, but Miranda was wide open.
