Isn't it Cotto did beat Shane? And Pacquiao TKO'ed Cotto?

cotto with his limited movement outboxed shane in part, now tell me how he would keep up with a speed demon like pac.

It's my opinion only and you may be right. Only way to know for sure is if they get in the ring and show us.

Pac will get one of them in November, so we will find out soon enough.

I can just respond that Mayweather shut-out Marquez and Marquez almost beat Pac.

Neither is relevant to this discussion.

Cotto has a jab. That's the only proven way to beat Mosley. If you fight Mosley, you will lose!

 I guess your not going to stop. For the record I dont believe Manny is using, I do think he handpicks but to an extent I think all fighters do. Also I believe if Manny stood up on his own two and thought for himself he wouldve already fought Mayweather or Shane. But Arum and Roach do not want that. They want weight drained opponents or damaged good only. Only if Mayweather loses to Shane and I mean loses BAD will camp Pacquiao accept a fight with him.:deal

Almost all knowledgeable fans predicted that Floyd will dominate JMM. It's a mismatch in the first place then Floyd cheated on the scale to make it worst. :D

Only a few predicted that Pac gonna brutalize and stop Cotto.

    That's the big difference.

like the only proven way to beat cotto was if you were a big come forward welterweight. why are people trying to make something mosley is not these days, this is not the mosley of old and dont fool yourself.

IMO, I think Floyd would have do the best against Pacman...Given his high IQ ring generalship, punch accuracy, solid defense...and the lead straight right would present Manny some serious problems...I just cant forget how JMM has success with his boxing ability against Manny...Floyd being being and stronger in every skill department over JMM makes me pick FMJ over Pacman.

Mosley would have a chance as well given he can take a punch and dish it back out...He will and ambitious will make it a hard fight for Pac...he may have lost him mobility in his legs but he still has decent hand speed and KO power...That keeps him alive in this fight against Pac.

I think they both beat Pacquiao. I voted Shane though. There is a reason why Freddie Roach turned out a fight with Shane Mosley to fight Cotto instead, despite Mosley offering to come down to 143 lbs. Roach feared Mosley and did not want Pacquiao in the ring with him.

In Roach's own words, "Shane, you are too good."
