Green said he will fight at HW if the terms are right :deal

On the fox card last night they showed highlights of his win over Siaca then the huge bogan got on the microphone and stated that he has huge power and he might have to go to heavyweight.

Approx 5 minutes 45 seconds in you hear the nonsense come out of Danny's gob. He is carrying on like his power is like prime Julian Jackson P4P. Makes me sick.

 

...and the other clown, yeah that one, said he fight Green at heavyweight!

 

What these fighters say straight after a win is not the gospel truth recorded by a court stenographer & verified by the UN. It's exhileration for fuks sake.

I dunno why people take this stuff seriously.

Larry Merchant is always tugging for controversy. That **** literally sweats on an exhilerated fighter to make rash statements, then tries to make a big man of himself with the "Quotes".

It's 50% maybe & 50% "Did I say that"

Yeah, he carries on a bit, but he's an energetic and enthusiastic bloke who's just won a fight in front of a big home crowd and he's just gushing there.

However, at no point does he throw out a challenge to any heavyweights, he says he's punching like a heavyweight.

Green does have heavy hands (though not on par with HWs), and Manny definitely wanted none of it after he was dropped in the second - his complaining over the head clash (that was actually his fault) showed he was looking for an out.

In answer to the OP, it was Hyder who was quoted in the various papers as saying they wanted Holyfield, Tyson etc for Danny, not Danny himself, and Danny even came out and said he was not looking for fights at HW.

Hyder was just drumming up publicity for his client.

 

it was his trainer Angelo Hyder.he also said he beats everyone at CW.not Danny but someone on his payroll who he should keep on a short leash.
