Here's the quote in its entirety:

"If they let Shane Mosley fight Antonio Margarito they should be arrested. Margarito would put Shane in a pine box."

This person was dead wrong, obviously. Care to take a guess who?

They were not taking into consideration that Margarito was loading his gloves.

Just like Dwyer from GA wasn't. Just like I wasn't. You can't exactly tease someone over something like that.

If someone told me that Margarito was loading his hand wraps and would be exposed to this prior to the fight I would have predicted a different outcome. As it is, hindsight is 20/20.

Considering he landed basically nothing all night he could have been fighting with brass knuckles and the effect would have been the same. Mosley battered him and then smothered his punch output. It was a straight beat-down, so yea, you can definitely tease someone over it.

I think the whole situation took Margarito out of that fight mentally. As a fighter you need to be at 100% and something like that would really **** you up. Although it's hard to say if things would have been any different, all we can go on is that Marg took a pretty bad beating

I predicted this fight wrong and i dont really care actually... this is one fight where i can see why i got it wrong, and to be honest im not ashamed or regretful in the slightest. I figured that if the cotto beating didnt take too much out of Margo that hed be able to take Mosleys punches without too much problem, make shane work throughout the first 6rounds and then start doing some effective stuff down the stretch. I also thought his workrate would be a hard thing for Mosley to overcome as well,

I sure didnt think hed look like he was being hit by atomic bombs when mosley would land on him or that he wouldnt be able to find mosley as little as he did.

Great win for mosley and a fight i got as wrong as one can get.

I'm a huge Mosley fan and I thought this might be the first time he got stopped. How wrong I was.
