please.... how many times do we have to go over this. Floyd has been tested if your a floyd fan! The rest of the boxing world knows he cherry picked his whole career and makes good money talking up himself as an atg.

Despite how floyd talks big... he will pot shot and play it safe like his other 40 fights. PBF UD12

Shanes best chance is to out work him. Like Oscar almost did. Like Oscar, Shane is getting old so that may be easier said than done.

Ok, someone please explain why so many people believe Mayweather will win by a wide UD or stoppage? Mayweather got a split decision against De La Hoya, and he is going to get a wide UD against Mosley? Makes no sense to me. Floyd Sr has even gone on record to say that Mosley is the toughest test of Mayweather's career.

The only way this will be an easy fight for Mayweather will be if Mosley gets old and lethargic on fight night. Honestly, I don't see that happening. Mosley is always in great shape, an old school gym rat like Mayweather.

I predict an split decision victory for Mayweather based on his defense and the accuracy of his counter punching. Mosley will push Mayweather harder than he has ever been pushed. This will be no walk in the park for Floyd. Mosley is going to force Mayweather to show how good he really is.

If a bloated Marquez can hit Mayweather, than Sugar Shane definitely can hit Mayweather.

I can't wait for this fight, it's going to be great (100 times better than that crap match between Pacquiao and Clottey).

He hasn't been beat up because he's that good. You can't fault him for that. With that said he's been in tough fights which have tested him in which he passed them all with flying colors.

If he's untested and a cherrypicker, then why are you picking him to beat Mosley?

I do not predict a Mayweather UD even tho there seems to be a vast majority of insiders and fans to expect this outcome, 8 rounds to 4, 9 rounds to 3, or 7 rounds to 5 at best. Shane is largely underestimated not only in his will to win but also in his ability to make adjustements on the fly. They feel that Shane will try to fight his pattern fight against brawlers such as Mayo, Margo, Vargas and leave the box-know how second place. I expect Shane to come out sharp and speeding to Floyd, beat him to the punch and break the action by clinching like he did in Indianapolis against Forrest. I expect a lot of head movement from Shane and a stiff long ( 25 in arm length) jab to break Mayweather's more snapping but less authoratative lead. I expect to see Shane saving his engine and doing great inside with the use of flurries, double hooking and short hooking 2 and coming strong late in the end stretch. Taking this is consideration, how would I agree with the Mayweather UD?

See everyone looks for holes, and thats why Mosley is underrated in this fight.. people are basing off emotions and not the styles of fighters Mosley has faced, because he's faced them all. I can state plenty of fights where Floyd looked mediocre, but what's the point. You can't look good against every fighter, and I doubt this style match-up is gonna be an easy night for either guy.

People are underestimating Mosley but you pick the most generic and redundant pick for this fight? You didn't even give Shane the benefit of a SD loss.

when you look at mosley's last few opponents... they are all physically MASSIVE guys... vargas twice, collazo (always comes in around 160 on fight night), Margarito, Cotto, Mayorga (probably the smallest and he still is a big welter

Shane has been facing these massive guys and i think he will enjoy being in against a smaller guy that he can push around for once

    as i stated here earlier...

Shane struggled with mayorga, lost to cotto, and beat Margaritto on a night tony was with out his power (aka bricks). Shane has not fought in 15 months and is 38 years old.

Now I didnt say he is untested. I did say he is a cherrypicker. But he can still fight. His defensive style will cause anyone headaches eventhough he could be outworked.

my pick PBF UD12. in his biggest test and first test in many years. yes i said it first test in years!!!

gatti, baldo, JMM, ODL = not a test

making JMM move up two classes and then come in overweight yourself = BS ppv

Did you read what I said? I said Floyd's heart and chin are untested . That doesn't mean he'll loose the fight. He has the skills and ability to win a UD without taking punishment. I'm just saying Mosley is a great fighter, and Floyd's never faced someone like him - so he could surprise us.

I'm picking Floyd for all of the obvious reasons, but I don't give him as much credit as his fans do. I still think he has something to prove.
