To answer your questions:

I am a big Bute fan because:

1. He's Romanian. If he had not been Romanian, I might not have become interested in boxing through him...it would have been through some other (non-Romanian, more likely than not either Mexican, Cuban or indeed British) fighter, but this would have been at a later date
2. He is the boxer that made me become interested in boxing and a boxing fan.
3. He is quite good.
4. I respect him from a moral point of view, as a man.
5. He is a very decent bloke and has a very down to earth, pleasant personality. I am afraid people don't know this because most of his most revealing interviews are not in English...
6. I believe that he will prove a credit to boxing because he will not just do well, but that he will dare to be great, and fight the best out there, as far as practically possible, whether he believes he is good enough to beat them or not.

Yes. He's knocking at the door of being a great champion. He needs a couple of big fights to do it. It should be done in a year and a half.
