No, I was at the weigh in so you will have to take my word for it.

Michael Buffer was introducing them as "Jr Middleweights" and I was shocked.

Cotto came in at 149 and Alvarez at 150.

My guess is that Alvarez informed Golden Boy within the last day that he wouldn't be able to make weight so they had to change it.

 

Or maybe Cotto couldn't make weight so Alvarez didn't need to. How did Cotto look to you? It's -900 at Caliente and -1200 at another book here in Mexico.

Cotto looked bloated? Then he probably didn't even train for the fight and Alvarez didn't even try to make weight.

If this is the case, -900 looks good. Why would you stay away from this?

 

floyd is staying quiet and low key this time. a change of behavior for sure. because this time he knows it's not in the bag. this time he could get KOed. this aint no handpicked set up, this time floyd is the one who got handpicked. he is feeling like the underdog, like Hatton did against him.

I think floyd is feeling something he has never felt before for a fight. severe danger and the unknown. he is trying his best to face this with all his serious and focus. he can't play around for nothing now.

Whomever said that tickets weren't going to sell is a lying *******. If that many turn out to see two men strip down to their boxers and stare at each other than many more than that will turn up to see the fight.

 

Here's my thoughts, these guys look like they are about the same size. Mosley tried to claim Mayweather wears lifts, but they looked to be about an inch apart in height and neither one of them were wearing shoes. Both of them are little guys. I hope Shane takes out that Jheri curl. Otherwise, the judges are going to see Jheri curl juice flying from his head all night from Mayweather's sharp punches, and it might factor into their scoring.

I was sitting at the top of section 102. Yeah took a pic with Jack Mosley...He stood around to chat but then was like my wife is waiting for me I need to catch up to her...

So of course I was like tell Shane to put it on him...Then when I talked to Roger 5 minutes later I completely jumped ship... I think you kind of have to do that...

But yeah there were some boo's but when May was anounced it went wild for a second boos and cheering...He(Mayweather) definitely got the biggest reaction... But when compared cheering twice then Shane topped Mayweather...

I can't wait for tomorrow...I haven't been to a fight out here since this weekend last year Pac vs Hatton...

Idk they looked almost the same size shane was noticeably a little bigger but not by that much. and when they went face to face with no shoes on mosley was only a LITTLE bit taller. There both in phenomenal shape right now im waiting to see this fight like a 12 year old on christmas eve lol. :bbb
