Floyd's only weakness as an earlier poster stated is his hands. Shane is not faster, he does not move his head enough. Unfortunatley for shane i think his age will slow him down enough that this giths end in a TKO in the 10th

Exactly i just see this fight as a preliminary to pacquiao-mayweather which is a collosal fight compared to this one. Mosley just doesnt appear to have those fast feet to step in and step out with bombs, but no doubt mosley does carry bombs. The key for shane here is to fight cagey and make mayweather lead because he just isnt fast enough to cut that ring off.

My belief is Pac will be the one to beat Floyd, and beat him convincingly. I think Shane has a shot but he'll probably just get outboxed.

I didn't read the whole thread, but in my opinion Floyd's biggest weakness is that much of his defense is based on reflexes. His reflexes remain tremendous from what I have seen, but someday age will catch up with him and he will lose a split second. If he is still around when that happens then he will be there for the picking. I don't think that tomorrow night is going to be the night that it happens.

That's a great attitude. He's better than them, so he doesn't have to prove he's better than them.

His biggest weakness, imo is southpaws - quick southpaws. His defense isn't airtight against southpaws. Judah's fast hands gave him a lot of trouble; if only Judah had a better workrate and more heart he could have gotten the job done.

Manny Pacquiao will dominate Floyd imo.

Floyd's main weakness is the aura of Manny Pacquiao.

FMJ's weakness is his body and his focus.

    01. His hands can be fragile.

    02. He can get lax and possibly caught.

    03. He can get lax and possibly out hustled.

Other than than nobody can win.

Your first point. I agree that he has a low work rate and could be out worked. However those 40 punches are usuly well placed punches. In other words he doesn't waist punches.
Your next point. He dose apear timmid at times espicaly aginst the ropes. It is deceving. Most great defensive minded boxers Whitaker and Pep for example tend to use a lot more movement than Mayweather dose. Which makes them look more confedent as their opoents miss badly. Mayweather barely moves away from punches. He also blocks them with his gloves and shoulder. Apearing timmid like he dose at times could cost him if he is presured and out worked.
His power is underated at 147. He has two knockouts at the weight. It is normal for boxers to lose power as they get older and go up in weight.
Besides Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley and maby Paul Williams, there are no elite welterweights out there. Yes this includs Margrito, Cotto and Clottey. Judah, Baldmir and Hatton are better welterweights than Margrito, Cotto and Clottey. I would even say Marquez is better than them even though 147 is not his ideal weight class.

What if the fight goes to decision with Floyd throwing 40 punches per round and Mosley throwing 60?

You might as well just say his weakness is Phillippino fighters. Nothing else you are saying has enough validity to bother typing. Judah and Pacs styles are very different. If I were to draw up some blueprints for a fighter with the worst style match up for Pac they would look something like Floyd. Pac is going to be perfectly at home against a blazing fast opponent with terrific defense? Maybe Floyd will just stand in one spot and let Pac beat on him like a piece of meat.
