Prime for prime Nigel Benn v Steve Collins

Nonsense.Collins didn't duck Calzaghe.He retired on the advice of his doctor when he collapsed in training for the Calzaghe fight.He never fought again.And Collins fought McCallum,who was CLEARLY better than Benn or Eubank,so your theory about fighting just guys who were shot is just that,a theory.

 

Barkley was good,not great.

 

The early, reckless, version of Benn may have come a cropper against, the iron chinned, Steve Collins. But, the Jimmy Tibbs trained version of Benn, of 93/94, would have boxed more conservatively and won on points.

 

Benn by clear decision.

 

Collins was never stopped. He lost decision to Mccallum, Reggie Johnson, and Sumbu Kalambay.

Collins had a good chin but he was down a few times. I know Eubank had him down and so did Craig Cummings.

I think Collins would last the distance though
