Should Brain Minto now retire? Stay at cruiser? Or go back to heavyweight. Either way I don't see him winning a title.
Minto's a solid gatekeeper. He definitly made the right choice to drop to 200lbs as he was always a small undersized heavy. Im not sure how much noise he can make as cruiser has some depth now so i doubt he'll pick up a belt. But he should give Huck at least a decent tussle.
Expected result. Minto's a bit of a meathead and loves a ruck. He's got to start thinking a bit more. Admittedly he is a brawler but he's got to start choosing his opponents more carefully if he wants a decent career.
:good But hey, if nothing else, I'll keep track of his fights. You rarely see that much heart in a fighter. When he's hurt, he seems to go into "**** it" mode and really lets loose. Fans love that.
No doubt. Minto is limited but i love watching the guy. I just dont want to see him getting knocked out repeatedly.
No, he never really hurt Huck. Got some decent bodyshots in, and the occasional uppercut. But other than that Huck dismantled him with flurries throughout the fight. Dropped him three times and staggered him in other occasions. Minto arguably won 1 round, maybe 2 if you're generous.
