Agreed. I remember around the half-way point the commentators were talking about it possibly being over soon, because Cotto was knocking the pan out of Shane. Miguel took his foot off the gas after that and allowed Mosley to get a foothold in the later rounds, but Cotto still had enough in bank to walk away with a deserved decision.

It was Mosley who asked the ref to stop the fight, and Mosley was not 2-3 punch combination from putting Cotto on his ass.
Cotto was backpeddling in the last couple rounds but he was trading.I have to say Mosley finished stronger.

No, he didn't. He clearly told Wally Matthews on the Setanta broadcast that he felt it was a draw or Cotto close. Then during the post fight presser Oscar mentioned Shane admitted to him in the dressing room after the fight that Cotto deserved the decision. This content is protected
