Locke is a good fighter, but he has a sparring partners mentality. He seems to be getting Ponce's respect, but he doesn't capitalize when he tags PDL with something hard.

Cornelius Lock clearly shows in some of the things that he does that he's had high quality advice given to him and some quality sparring, but he just doesn't have great ring intelligence to execute.
