Does anyone else feel that Mayweather has gained the momentum in the Pacquiao negotiation/conversation? I do. Both fighters, the commentators, and I think just about everyone made it clear that without the tests there is no fight. Now that Mayweather and Mosley took the tests, 24/7 showed the process, and especially now that the commission is considering it, what can Pacquiao say?

This fight sold much more than the Clottey farce and Mayweather was just as dominating if not moreso against a HoF fighter. The ball is officially in Pacquiao's court and even so Manny Steward flat out said that he doesn't think Pacquiao has a chance. Larry Merchant the biggest Pacquiao fan and Mayweather hater on TV gave Mayweather his props calling him aggressive, and dominating.

So what do the haters have to say? What can Pacquiao say? Just as I predicted Mayweather sold more PPV, created more hype, and had a much better performance than Pacquiao. So in my eyes Pacquiao has lost ground. What do you guys think?

i think pacquiao will still demand a 50/50 purse split. if mayweather will not accept it then we will never see the two fight.

I think that you're wrong blur, and that you're just hating again. Mayweather has always felt that he was the bigger draw, but he agreed to 50/50. Mayweather said that the only thing holding up the fight was the blood testing. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 50/50 split though I believe that Mayweather deserves at least 60/40.

I knew that Mosley would look jittery with Mayweather.LIKE I ****IN SAID JUST WATCH HIS FIGHT WITH MARGARTIO AND COTTO.He doesn't have the young legs anymore he looked so jittery in there it was sad.FLOYD LIKE I SAID will show how good he really is and he is that good. One thing I loved about that fight. I noted on it before that FLOYD will put on a SHOW for the fans. Much love and respect for FLOYD it was spectacular he didn't run he fought.

I give great respect to Floyd, clearly hurt in the 2nd but he resolved like a warrior. Regarding the tests, I don't care what any one says, Pac has to take the test. I feel its just going to make things much more fair. Who are some of us here to argue with boxers that can tell us that weight shifting can't give results like Pac is producing if jumping too many weight divisions.

If Pac hurts Floyd within 4 rounds, knockout. However Floyd will eat him easily because there is no one better, more skillful than Floyd.

Not a hater......but I don't like Floyd... I think if the Paq . fight happens he must take the test...... I don't think comparing the ppv #s would be quite fair..... Shane is much more well known than Clottey , plus the 24 /7 helps build the #s up........ I hope I'm wrong ,but I think Mayweather will try to get more than a 50-50 split which will kill the fight... Congrats to Mayweather he proved to be the better fighter .

Pacquiao can do one thing... take those tests and hope the 50/50 stands.
People will be rulling Pacquiao out, which isn't right, because, make no mistake, Pacquiao won't be there for Floyd to fire his hooks. It's a very intriguing fight still.

Amen Brother!!! The bull**** from the anti floyd brigade was predictable! even floyd said they would start saying shane was old and shot!
    Bull****!!!

Floyd out boxed and outbeat Shane... and shane was well rested in great shape (best of his life he was telling us).

However what i have kept telling people is that floyd has developed in his early 30's into a physical and not only technical beast in the ring. first Hatton, then Marquez and now Moseley have been shocked by the physical strength of the pretty boy!

How many of you called that ficght tactically.... i didnt expect that tactics! Centre of the ring, right infront of Moseley walking him down! BRAVE BRAVE BRAVE! with hindsight uncle Rog and floyd sr had clearly looked most closely at the Winky Wright template for beating Shane. And this is why Floyd took the centre not the ropes and employed the pick a boo high guard, better suited to walking down the opponent and shooting striaght shots down the middle!

This was a crucial career definer for floyd becuase of one thing and one thing alone. People wanted to see him have his crisis moment and see if he can do what grest champs like Ali did.... i.e get through it and dominate (like ali did with Cooper). Well you got your answer... he got careless not once but twice and in the same round.... hit by 2 huge shots form the hardest banger in the division, shots that would have stopped a super mid let alone a welter. floyd showed he got balls, got poise, can readjust can outbox and can get nasty!

If i was Manny, I AINT TAKING NO BLOOD TEST!!!:hi:

If Manny is smart he will continue to duck, because once he gets exposed by Floyd, his "legacy" will be exposed as well.

LOL at the PAChaters, Pac's legacy is already secured without MAyweather's scalp in his resume. If they don't ever fight, Pac will still be considered greater that PBF.

Keep telling yourself that May 2009. Just watch what happens when Pac gets KO'd by Mayweather. Then a drained DLH, a beaten Hatton, drained and shot Cotto, and Clottey the punching bag won't seem too impressive.
