I disagree shane fought a much more technical fight than marquez did, marquez did press better than shane...
The first round could have went either way. Shane landed a few body shots, that may have been enough to give it to him.
jmm and didnt try dont belong in the same ****en sentence. dont ****en tell me shane had more heart than marquez cause altough he was losing by a landslide and had been knocked down he still had the balls to get off his stool and trade with a 156 lb mayweather for 12 rounds.try againatsch
floyd wants to take jmm out but even if jmm was much smaller, but floyd failed to stop him. and jmm pressed floyd much better than mosley did. jmm was never gassed out but simply got tired because his opponent is much bigger. shane looked like his age after a couple of rounds.
Shane has been getting tired for years. That being said, he gave Floyd a few problems early. Marquez gave him no problems at all. Floyd never really attempted to knock the guy the out. He really wanted to ko Mosley, but Mosley's chin is too strong. Marquez actually lost every round and he got knocked down. Shane took Floyd out of his comfort zone and forced him to step up his game. Marquez was no threat at all.
I didn't have JMM winning a single round, and Dinamita's one of my favorite fighters. I had Shane winning Round 2 (duh) and had Rounds 4, 5, 8, and 9 close, although I gave them to Floyd. Shane hurt him in Round 2 and JMM didn't come close. I ****ing DESPISE Floyd (not as a fighter, he's amazing, but on a personal level as a greedy ****ing ***** *****) and he dominated both JMM and SSM, but Shane definitely put up a better fight than JMM. As he should have, he's an actual Welterweight, not a blown-up Lightweight.
They both lost by big margins. I am not sure you can say JMM is great for losing every round to someone.
better fight? he lost every round. I think every fight is different. Fact is Mayweather was rocked by Mosley and that put him on guard to be serious. I think Mosley rocking Mayweather is much more significant than anything JMM did. And Mayweather knocked down JMM. I knew the Mosley we should be focusing on was the guy who lost to Cotto.
JMM is a better boxer than Mosley but Mosley has better tools. I knew it would be a one-sided affair...not quite this one-sided though.
Mosley had Mayweather hurt, but looked like he could possibly be TKOd if it went 15. JMM looked like he could go 20 with PBF.
JMM didn't won a round at all, go down once. Mosley won 2 rounds, or atleast 1. Nevertheless, there's nothing much to compare. Both fights is a blowout.
JMM did what a lot of guys did against Mayweather. There was nothing great to JMM's performance against Floyd. And Floyd was off for a year or two for that fight.
