Just calling it like I see it. I see Pacman getting shutdown just like all the other opponents. He will start strong like all do, Floyd will adjust and Manny's not so versatile offense will be getting shut down and countered until either Manny drops, gets tko'd or loses on the cards. I just seriously cant see how Manny vs Floyd will be competitive. Manny's jab is not great, a great jab is mandatory to even compete with Floyd...look at Zab and DLH then look at last night and see what no jab or a bull**** jab gets you-dominated. I love Pac, he is my favorite fighter in boxing, but as a fan and someone who boxed I just cant see Manny overcoming that feat.

Wait he has a chance....a punchers chance :deal

De la Hoya said it best ''Pac has a lot of flaws in his game and Mayweather will exploit these to an easy win''.

Funny thing is I dont even like Floyd. I was cheering for Mosley last night. But love or hate him, he is the best in the game without a close second place.

Pac is so unskilled against a fighter like Money May. He's not in his class.

I disagree, this fight needs to happen, furthermore Pac is clearly a class above this version of SSM, who is pushing 40, just look how a younger Mosley did against Cotto, and what Pac did to Cotto.

If Pac is sooo unskilled why do the vegas bookies have the line even for both fighters.

But thats not how boxing works. Styles make fights, PBF's style is good for nobody. How do you beat the best defender/counter-puncher in the game? Manny leaves himself wide open. Yes he is a beast, yes he is fast but skill-wise he has nothing that Floyd hasn't seen. Mayweather pitched a shutout against Marquez who is better skill wise as Pac, Mayweather all but pitched a shutout against a man who is bigger and punches harder than Pac. Manny is a tough, durable fighter a lot of heart and a hard punch..thats just not anywhere close to what you need to crack that defense and stop that counter-punch. Mark my words, if they fight, Floyd will be landing that lead right all night and be countering all night. I dont think it will be as competitive as DLH or the Judah fight was.

i said that same thing after to cotto and clottey fight there is no way pac beats mayweather. pac is too much of a pressure fighter and thats exactly what floyd needs to fight his fight

I actually think Manny Pacquiao would defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr now.

Will Manny Pacquiao run out of stamina? No chance in hell, he could go 32 rounds just fine. Will Manny Pacquiao throw punches in clusters? Yes, that's his number one stock in trade. Has Pacquiao shown to have concussive or at least above average power at Welterweight? Yes, he was hurting Cotto multiple times in his fight prior to the stoppage. All of those points coupled with his handspeed, mobility, and winning mentality, no way in god's Earth does Floyd beat Manny easily.

To say pac has no chance is very stupid! I believe floyd would win but it would be close imo!! And pac could very well win!!! I believe the openning line for the fight is -115 floyd, -115 pac

Wrong.. Floyd hasn't seen anything like Pac. Pac's offense is the best in the game. His combinations, bodywork, footwork, workrate are the best in the sport. Floyd is cagey and doesn't like opening up when his opponent is dishing it out. Floyd always fights front first and very cagey against southpaws and his workrate is even lower. We saw what problems Judah's fast hands gave Floyd. Pacquiao won't let up, he won't get discouraged or tired. Pac by wide UD or TKO.

You don't know how things will go in a fight and Thats why fights happen, what he did against Marquez and THIS version of SSM has no bearings on how this fight plays out, especially considering that both men showed their age.
