It's arguable. I have Money at #1 now. I don't think it's odd to have Pac at #1.

    based on what?

That he almost got knocked by 40 year old MOSLEY in round 2?

COTTO toyed with MOSLEY and we saw what PACQUIAO did to COTTO!

PACQUIAO all the way,its not even close!

I had Floyd ahead of Pac already, seeing as Pac only inherited the P4P because Money retired.

Come on now. Freddie wouldn't dare put Pac in the ring with Mosley, wonder why.. Yet Mayweather makes it look easy outside of the 2nd round.

    Pacquiao.
If Floyd wants to be the man, he has to beat the man.
He fought well against Grandpa Mosley, but let's get serious here, Pac would've knocked the old man out.

Now remember, Floyd was the man 1st before he retired and Pac picked up the p4p status in lieu of it. Pac didn't beat the man to become p4p

I've had Floyd at #1 since he returned. Mainly because I think they'll eventually fight, and I know that Floyd will win.

Pac didn't beat the man because the man retired.
Since Floyd retired, Pacquiao has clearly shown that he is the best boxer on the planet, and Floyd has to defeat him to re-establish himself as the best.
I think Floyd beats Pac, but fantasy matches don't count, Floyd needs to prove it in the ring.

if you think PBF beats Pac so you CLEARLY think PBF is #1 p4p because within in these rankings fighters seldom meet.
