Now now Puca - I have been to cheer Sinky in Prizefighter, the Mac Man Lindsay in Manchester and will be in Huddersfield for O'Hara (although whether I can get to the fight on the night is pending). Alio show this coming weekend and and as many as possible after that. Plus, I was still trying to talk round the missus to give me the green light to fly over to see Corbett in Prizefighter up until Thursday night:lol:

Gotta admit - Belfast to Limerick roundtrip is the other factor:hey - so it will be Mitchell-Katsidis live then the recording of the Lee card:good

Slappy I will send you a message. My flight is already booked and hotel sorted for Huddersfield - it is a pure coincidence that I am there at the same weekend as the O'Hara fight - I hope to get to it.

    R2 1 : 3
    R3 4 : 0
    R4 0 : 0

Ward fights later today. Two years ago there was a video link at the same championships from Mexico. I was able to watch the contests as they unfolded, it was superb. There doesn't appear to be that facility set up this time. With the explosion of interest in this internet malarky, you would imagine that AIBA would be trying to make the video link a permanent feature at all their tournaments.

I had already changed it smart arse:lol:. Have you noticed the lack of Russians in these finals. For the last ten years the Russians have been slowly taking over from the Cubans, but this championships has been a disaster for them. Also India looks a potent force for the future, with three finalists. But overall it's good to see a nice spread of countries represented in these finals.
