floyd wont be able to stop pac. im more convinced about this after that performance.pac can hit floyd because of his speed and fluid punching. floyd will be on d all night and lose a decision.
I'll make a decision if the fight gets made. All I know is that Manny is a much bigger threat than Mosley so that fight is not an indication of how Floyd-Manny will go. I'll definitely be rooting for Pacquiao though.
Now that Floyd's chin has been tested by Shane, eventually any fighter Mayweather may face will soon again find that weakness. If Mosley had landed, why not anyone like Pacquiao who happens to be a very busy fighter and has more head movements and different angle attacks? That I think could serve problems on Mayweather's side. I don't think a counter JMM style may occur because noticeably Pacquiao has fought differently and effectively since moving up to welter.
He has fought differently, but he also has fought a different style of fighter since coming to welterweight. Most of his fights were against fighters with come forward styles and Manny just picked them apart. Only fighters that were different were De La Hoya and Cotto. De La Hoya had no ammunition and got overwhelmed and Cotto stopped boxing and tried to brawl with Pacquiao and got blown away. Floyd is a counter puncher like Marquez, only 100 times better. Mayweather's slick, counter punching style may give Manny nightmares. On the opposite side, Manny's southpaw aggressive style may overwhelm Floyd. It's a great fight. It needs to happen. Fans deserve it.
Pac can make it lights out for Floyd and he is willing to take some to land, I have no doubt but one would expect Floyd using his feet and his jab to cruise to an easy win. This is what makes it so exciting.
