    lol.
Actually I think Mick & Jim are a good team for the old analysis. They try to get the balance right between keeping the average joe who only watches occasionally informed while maintaining a hype-less assessment on our own boxers. That's just my opinion of course but I would take them over the other tv stations any way.

They are good - certainly way better than what Sky offer. I like Dunne in the studio too - I can see him becoming an excellent presenter, him and Carruth were excellent during the Olympic coverage - Dunne wasnt afraid to speak his mind - especially with dodgy scoring etc. Andy Lee has been good when he has been on as well.

    Hey lads,

Not really Irish boxing related i know but was wondering if anybody has every gone to a big fight in veges? If a possible fight between Mayweather- Pacquiao does go ahead later this year i am seriously thinking of going gave up the smokes over 6 months ago and have the money put away. was just looking for an guesstimate for maybe 5 days in veges and the fight tickets if anybody has done this before?

Never been to a fight in vegas, but i do know that you can get great deals to vegas on ebookers.ie

5 nights in vegas, flights, accommodation and transfers in one of the big hotels(luxor,MGM etcc...) will cost you roughly €650-€750 inc taxes

ok I go to a lot of boxing and a lot of trips to USA but never Vegas. I heard the tickets are circa $1K and I can tell you now that if you use Hotels.com in advance could get a good rate. Alcohol will be free if your willing to hang around the casino's. As for flights try Aer Lingus or get a standby ticket with BA or Virgin (due to regularity of flights to USA) from UK. That's if you willing to plan well in advance. I'd say you would need to part with 3K Euro for 5 days all inclusive (assuming you want to do the Vegas thing)

My mate rocked up to vegas and got a ticket for the Calzaghe vs hopkins fight last minute for €100.

I know Pac vs May is obviously a bigger event, but €1000 seems very steep
