The good news; I have footage of Dempsey v. Miske.
The bad news; it's very brief.

The footage consists of Billy Miske shadow boxing followed by brief footage of Demspey and Miske in the ring. Also, there is a still image of Dempsey standing over Miske.

Whilst this footage is not very comprehensive, it does prove that a full version of the fight exists. Most of my fights are from the Jacobs/Cayton collection, so, presumably, this is also. Consequently, if the full fight does exist, then it is now owned by ESPN.

thanks a lot, any footage of Dempsey thats new no matter how short is still worth watching IMO.

It would be great to see the whole fight, ESPN will most likely keep it with them for a long time probably, the other fight id really love to see is with Fulton. Ray Arcel described it as being Dempsey's finest moment in the ring.

Welcome to the board. Please post again.

Dempsey's 18 second KO over Fulton was filmed. I wonder if it is out there.

Any chance of seeing this footage again?

Just finished Moyle's book and would love to revisit this video.
