Fat, yes, but considering he should be in the 230s he's come in overweight too often in the past. Not that it would've made a difference with this guy against him. Even Kirk's trainer was openly calling him a terrible opponent before the fight happened. That's the kind of leeway a lot of ring-rust buys you though.
I agree with everything you said here. Now Kirk has to show that he is serious this time and put in the work. He needs to fight every month or two to build himself up and get into proper shape.

As amatures from about 14-16 years old We fought from the same gym and became very good friends,we travelled alot together and he was always like that before everyfight.Its just how he feels,and like he says he calms down when its fight day.But he felt that way at 13 and still does today.
