How do you come to that conclusion on the basis that Mosley has always been the superior fighter and threw more punches against Floyd than Clottey did against Pacquiao?

 

Joshua Clottey is the 2nd best welterweight in the world after Pacquiao, I have him up there with the likes of Hagler and Hearns.
