During the second round, why on earth did Shane Mosley start throwing punches to the body..when he had Floyd Mayweather hurt..?

And i know, fighters wack oponents to the body...so they can bring their hands down.....but Floyd Mayweather is not stupid.

Shane Mosley had Floyd Mayweather hurt..!

He should of just kept, smacking Floyd Mayweather to the head.

Shane Mosley just totally wasted his punches, and his big chance..!!!!!

Mike Tyson or any other great finisher...would of not wasted this chance..!

Shane Mosley was a disappointment in that 2nd round.

Maybe it was th 16 months of inactivity.

But i really don't give a ****, it's like a top striker. People exspect Fernando Torres, to do the job infront of goal..with a half decent opportunity.

Shane Mosley had a better than, half decent opportunity.

He should of done allot better.

Shane let him off the hook big time he seemed almost polite compared to the beast who fought Margarito.

Was Mosley scared/intimidated? He was fighting way too fair, always offering to touch gloves, and even discussing something with Floyd :huh And then got pissed off when Floyd hit him, because he was talking? It was weird.

    I'm talking about serious issue...

Shane Mosley is a top professional boxer, and a all-time great. And the man is known as a great finisher of opponents, when he has them hurt.

If a prime Fernando Torres was in front of goal, with a half decent chance, what do you think will happen..?????

If Mike Tyson, and that's any version of Mike Tyson had any of his opponents at the same level of hurtness, that Floyd Mayweather was in, what do you think would happen..??

If Michael Jordon was in the NBA final, and was one and one with a ****ing guard, what do you think most of the time would happen..????

I will tell you right now, what will happen...!

    They would all capitalize.

Capitalization is the ****ing word of the day, capitalization of the nation. May 6th baby...wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Shane Mosley should of prepared for this moment, he should of ran it through his mind......what he would do, when it came to using his punches.

Mayweather countered him, Mosley got hesitant and did not commit to his shots - due to fear of counter. And whilst he was hesitating Mayweather was catching him. Its fairly simples.

I agree, what the **** was all that about.

Bernard Hopkins would of threw afew head butts in, and stood on his toe's.

Shane Mosley should of butted, Floyd Mayweather.......

This is professional boxing, not amatuer boxing..!!!

When you are clearly being out boxed, thats when you need to out hustle a fighter.

Bernard Hopkins should of been, in Shane Mosley's camp..!!!

Mayweather reacted well to being stunned, he was in full controll and held and recovered quickly.

Don't know, I'm not into football.

If he was fighting someone as skilled as Mayweather and who reacte to it aswell as Mayweather, he probably would have difficulty finsihing it. But Tyson and Mosley are completly different.

I don't know. He would scratch his balls?

Thanks for summing it up for me.

    OK......

The pressure seemed to get too him, one fight before he was rushing head first into Margarito arm pushing his arm up into his neck not letting him get off and hitting as he pulled away.
In no way am I saying he could get too Floyd easy like that but why not get roughhouse if what your doing isn't working.
Your losing anyway so what if you get a point docked.

    Don't get smart with me........

Don't be getting ****ing smart with me sonny jim.

Your not sitting your GCSE's now...

Floyd Mayweather was not in control.

There was only one point in that whole fight, when Floyd Mayweather greatest weapon was totally, totally, neutralised.

And that was in the 2 round..!

Mayweather's agility and movement, was Gone for almost i dunno...1 Min..?

Shane Mosley wasted punches to the body, and totally in general just came up with one of the shittest offensive attacks, ive seen in about 5 years.

Shane Mosley is a all-time great, he should of capitalized on this moment.

It was a better than Half decent chance, Floyd Mayweather was not stunned.

He was ****ing hurt, his legs had clearly gone to jelly.

    Michael Jordon, Mike Tyson......

    Them guys capitalize.

It was strange. Frank Lotizero wrote a good piece on it on The Sweet Science.
