don't start on calzaghe mate his resume was gash and Im english and I'm a fan of his ,put cmon he fought bums for a huge period of time defending the wbogus title with **** mandatory challengers,he also got a gift against robin reid ,then he fought a few better opposition near the end of his career but they were still ropey lacy wasnt a great fighter he was just hype ,kessler was decent but not great,bika is a tough customer ,manfredo LOL!!!!!! in there wgat a joke of a fight,then hopkins which fair enough I give him credit for but he scraped it by a point but looked like crap as he does against counter punchers ,roy jones was a shell of his former self
a prime jones ,hopkins or toney would of destroyed calzaghe ,he is still a great fighter in his own right but the resume was pretty garbage but there were not many people to fight in his weightclass during this period

 

I don't feel too bad for Dirrell. He ought to get what he has coming if hes going to take a knee to avoid getting hit.

To me it looked like Abraham was throwing a body punch simultaneously as Dirrell was going down and he ducked right into the punch.

lol eubank was NOT in his prime it was basically his last fight ,then he unretired and went back as a cruiserweight amy I add and looked huge but was seriously faded lacy was average as were mitchell ,woodhall,sheika,veit and I said reid got robbed against calzaghe that night landed far better harder cleaner punches againts joes pitty patty slaps and RJ was shot to hell!!!!no one ducked joe the didnt wanna go to cardiff and fight and they shouldn't of had too they were the stars!!and joe didnt smash him at all he looked amateurish and scraped the decision by workrate alone hopkins wass the better technican and the glimpse of roy jones we saw for 2 mins in the first round had calzaghe looking **** ,toney would of schooled him take the jirov fight as an example
