Say you have to put down $1,000 on Mayweather vs. Pacman...

It's amazing how the man who fights most recently gets the love. Not that he doesn't deserve it, but the fresher impression goes a long way with the betting public.

You're betting on how far emmanuel's heart can go with this kind of bet, and how much Mayweather wants to put a beating on him for being a punk throughout negotiations.

If you think he'll fold like Marquez (who had the guts to go life and death with him) and Mosley (who arguably fought everyone and never ducked ****) then put it down by UD.

Now if he keeps trying which is very possible as even Hatton was able to do it then lay it down by KO. Floyd would actually have to sit down on his punches and hurt emmanuel to keep him off.

There's also happens to be a better return on PBF by KO than UD.

I saw moments in the Mosley fight that would have been much different had that been Pacquiao in there. For example, when Mosley landed those big shots in the 2nd, he didn't follow up. Pacquiao would have. Mosley hit Mayweather with that right hand, then PBF grabbed Mosley's arm before he could do more damage. Had that been Pac, Mayweather would have got hit about two more times before he even had the CHANCE to grab. Either that, or Pacquiao would have darted out before PBF could grab, then lunged in again...

...the reason why Mayweather was so aggressive - backing Mosley up - was because he KNEW Mosley wasn't going to do ****. I mean come on, after he popped Mosley in the mouth while they were jawing at each other in the 8th, Mosley didn't do **** about it! He just threw his hands out like, "what the ****, man?"

Aggression and making PBF more defensive than offensive (like ODLH did) is what I think would win Pacquiao this fight. Mayweather would NOT get away with that come forward style like he did against Mosley. Pacquiao will have his ass backing up all night, and rest assured, he WILL be getting hit, and getting hit more than he ever has in his 41 fights...

...Pacquiao will shock the world once again. Mark my words.

    Explain why, Crax...explain why.

  9. I like the way the line is going so I don't want to influence anybody. I put the same bet on Sergio against Pavlik a few weeks ago and put a nice chunk of change into my savings account.

Remember that as the wins goes up than so do the odds of a loss! Chances are greater than ever that he loses. Just a thought.

I didn't bet when he fought Mosley because I felt the odds were underestimating Mosley. It wasn't a good value bet, so I held off even though I felt Mayweather the favourite.

Initially I was for Floyd before the negotiations began....but afterwards I had a change of hear based on how floyd acted and changed in terms of his character. He just didn't spew the confidence I am accustomed to with regards to Floyd's swagger. He obviously had some concerns and reservations when the topic of fighting Manny came up. And that alone changes my perception of the fight b/c Floyd is as good as he is partly b/c of his confidence. He can't fight Manny without being 100% confident or Manny will pull off the "W".

I wouldn't bet on either. The way to win money on gambling is to bet on underdogs who should be favorites.

This isn't one of those scenarios.

$5000 on Mayweather TKO of Pacquiao.
