Ummm... No he never went down vs Sanders. Vitali would own Tyson, he had everything that bothered Tyson stylewise. I see another Lennox type of beatdown. Bet on it..

vitali would have owned tyson all day. the size diff. and reach advantage would be too much and mike would cave under the adversity. still though, never know.. those two in their prime woulda been a great fight.

i thought i was gonna get alot of " TYSON WOULDVE KILLED HIM IN ONE PUNCH" ****, but no, were all being grown men about this... i think danny williams is our common denominator... ( did i use that right?? who cares, we got the point)

he would attempt to before being hit with jabs and lead rights on the way in, ultimately discouraging him and leading to a meltdown resulting in either a dq,ud or tko against him

i remember, it was called a slip but a punch landed, but there were bigger punches than that one that really stunned vitali that night

corrie sanders 6'4, '77 reach and really fast hands stunned Vitali

    :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Tyson back in his day would have hit VITLAY at will....whether or not he'd have KO'd him is another question I guess but if Corrie Sanders could knock VITLAY on his arse then you can bet your mortgage that Tyson was perfectly capable of it too.

I'd give VITLAY the win over 2004 Tyson as Tyson by that stage was finished, but the late 80's version of Tyson.....I'd bet the house on Mike by brutal stoppage (or VITLAY would quit under the onslaught)

yup, vitali warmed up and showed his usual great chin. but he went down and sanders is nowhere near the puncher many make him out to be. case in point: rahman survived a war with him. HASIM ****ING RAHMAN

he was a good fighter but rahman showed later he was not a durable fighter. that was possibly his best pre-lewis performance against a top rated foe but anyone so brutally ko'd by maskaev twice is no george chuvalo. if sanders couldn't take him out in a slugfest, he's not quite a destroyer
