I'd like to run the boxing programme at Sky.

As you are all no doubt aware, I'm very critical of the way they broadcast boxing in comparison with my two other sports (rugby league and cricket) - both of which receive excellent coverage from Murdoch and Co.

Not wishing to blow my own trumpet, but I'm sure with a few weeks training I could do a better job.

Fighters get solar panels and heat pumps at a discounted rate of course :yep

Commentator would be ace, but I'f be no good at it. My analysis would be more one sided than Jim Watts and I'd be yelling things like "hit the ****". Seriously though, Reg Gutteridge's commentary was awesome and I don't think he'll ever be surpassed.

Just a reporter that goes to watch all the fights. I don't have to say ****, or do ****, just watch boxing and write about what took place. Can't get much better.

Two things that **** me off, fighters being mishandled (especially good ones) and **** poor judging.

So either a manager or a good judge.

Nothing beats competing, but 2nd to that would be the top man in the corner. Seeing your fighter execute a perfect, fight ending combo, off an opening you spotted the round previos, would be almost as good as throwing the shots yourself.
I have world class experience in the spit bucket department btw:yep Did I tell you about the time.........
