WBO always promoting unification and strong mandatory enforcement,
they does not strip their champions for political reasons,
the problem with WBO and its mandatory is that even they have
in general the same boxers at the list as other organizations
the top boxers are rather challenging other belts so they have
no choice and selecting their mandatory form the lower available part
which are either some washed up bodies or unproven upcomers
not ready to fight for the WBC/WBA/IBF titles.

How can you possibly respect the IBO?? about 8 of 10 of their titles are vacant. And not long ago they had matthew hatton fighting Lovemore ndou for thier Welterweight version!! IBO is a complete and utter joke.

WBC is the most prestigious and recognisable but their rankings are ridiculous and they strip fighters for wanting to unify which is pathetic.

    IBF is reasonably okay.

WBO foolishly de legitamize themselves by creating these stupid interim belts

WBA has become a paper championship in recent years and their rankings are an absolute joke, also they bend and change their own rules as and when it suits them. (such as not enforcing Khan vs maidana recently). WBA is by far the worst belt

    Me its in this order,

    1. WBC- Still like the Green and gold, almost every champion that held the WBC belt was considered the best of the division.
    2. IBF- Best rules out of all the belt organizations, consider Unification more important than mandatory
    3. IBO- Have a good list of champions, every champ seems to like the IBO belt more than the others, still have some serious gaps in the champions list though like Lovemore N'dou as Welterweight Champion.

    4. WBA- Okay belt Org, Heavyweight belt is a ****ing joke though because of the circle jerk of Ruiz, Chargaev, Valuev, and Holyfield.

    5. WBO- These belts always seem to find their way to Europe, even when the Euro fighter is trash compared to the rest of the division.

Wlad, Huck, Dzinziruk...trash by comparison to the rest of their divisions? Granted Stieglitz and Brahmer are not the best of their divisions but it certainly doesn't look like a pattern at the moment. Myth busted.

IBF is pathetic owing to its decisions around keeping titles on fighters like Zab Judah and some of it's rating system.

WBC has gotten worse and worse and is fast becoming a joke with it's Diamond title and stipulations

WBA with its' "super" titles is pathetic, they've had three champions in one division before

WBO seems to be the most consistent rating authority and generally the "better" fighters of the division wear the strap.

And that will be the PBBF (Pretty Boy Boxing Federation)?
With uncle Roger as president, Floyd sr. as vice president and Floyd jr as the welter champion. :D

The IBF have been the least corrupt looking and done the least amount of stupid things lately. Thats the best you can say about the whole lot.

    u just start watching boxing?

WBA u take most serious? John Ruiz as a guy that fights in 11 WBA title bouts ? their heavyweight champion? Seems like the best heavweights in the decade never fought for the WBA title..
WBA gives unworthy challengers mandatory shouts orshots in general...remember the great carl davis drummond vs chagaev title fight a few years ago?

Why are muitable opitions avaible for the question asking THE MOST?
I fell that The IBF seems to do the least to screw things up. They are by no means perfect. Despite the fact that Don King seems to own the WBC like no other promoter owns any other sactioning body. The WBC seems to have a lot of respect among boxers.
I fell that anyone who holds a IBF, WBC, WBA, WBO and Ring belt can call himself a world champion. The IBO is on the outside looking in.
