Are Floyd fans supposed to be shaking like a leaf with this "new" form of weakness that has been exposed? Thing is, everyone has a weakness. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Pac has even more weaknesses than Floyd. It doesn't mean Pac will lose. It's really about how you perform and how well you capitalize on mistakes. Mosley and Nazim actually made me a believer when they told the world they had an effective game plan. That's all fine and dandy and perhaps they did come up with a perfect one. Talking about it is one thing; executing it is another.

I'm actually glad Floyd got cracked in the 2nd. It shows his detractors that he wasn't up against a bum in the ring. Mosley is a great fighter! It's obvious that he was going to give Floyd some trouble to a certain extent. So should we really be surprised that Floyd got stunned momentarily? Absolutely not because once again, Shane is a dangerous fighter and he brings greatness to every fight. We should be surprised that "Kentucky Floyd Chicken" showed some guts and found a way to win.

dosen't matter that he has a great jaw was not able to deal with the punishment and make adjustment .. reality check for nubs and comic book readers .. No fighter bites steel and deflect bullets, Margarito can be hurt just like any other fighter . Shane hurt margarito early and he was out of the fight completely .. taking punishment is not a good thing, the more you take the weaker your resistance for punishment becomes.

    Delusion.

Margarito, simply wasn't good enough technically. Floyd was good enough to win.

None of the people answering and saying how Margarito got knocked out and Floyd won and took the punches seem to know how to read.

Point is the whole "X punch would have hurt anyone" is just not true. Floyd was hurt by a single punch then hurt bad by the second.

Margarito was not. We are not discussing who got KO'd or who won.

Maybe the guy who can take dozens of right hands and not get wobbled, vs. the guy who got wobbled off two right hands. Take your pick moron.

You guys are seriously desperate trying to claim that Mayweather's chin is as good as Margarito's.

It's getting ridiculous. I can't believe what I'm reading from some of these dudes. Floyd should go up to SMW and let AA hit him in the chin then outbox him to a clear UD.

interesting comment. what i say to that is margarito is a cheating ****, and if he was capable of doing that to his hands, then he was capable of taking drugs. every achievement, every praise of margarito i see, i'm going to put down, you know why? because the **** deserves it.

really then why was he koed in the distance? it not like shane landed 200 power shots to margarto head in 9 rounds thats ridicules, and no short of comic book legend BS!!! margrito and any other fighter would be dead, or brain damage taking that many shot to the head at one time be ****ing serious !!!!!

shane put a hurting on margarito in the early rounds that he was not able to recover from .. end of story .. Other fighter less technical have been able to come back from a lot more and win.

The real question is do you want to hit Floyd and turn him into a dragon? Some say yes, but if you watch Floyd's performance he is as relaxed and as accurate when he goes toe-to-toe. The only thing exposed was that Floyd can put a hurting on if you hurt him.

The right hook to the temple was the only punch in that round that actually hurt him, and it hurt him because it was a very well timed counter that Floyd didn't see coming as he was throwing his own punch.

The initial right didn't hurt Mayweather so much as surprise him. He grabbed simply to break Mosley's momentum. When a guy hits you with a hard punch you need to disrupt him to keep him from following, and Floyd did that.

Margarito has a better chin, but Margarito also never really got caught with a punch he didn't see coming, because he walked face first into punches expecting to take them.

It's official. Floyd is a terminator cause he took 2 flush shots from Mosley and was rocked.

Foot placement was important BUT PBF has a level of speed and quickness that Shane no longer possesses, his best bet at his age was to be patient and get into a shoot out like he did in round 2, Floyd was too smart, fast, and athletic and he made the adjustment. As for Nazim's take on Tarver, A peak Roy would've beat the tar out of him, he was lucky to catch an old weight drained version of Roy.

He was hurt. He was hurt less than some guys would have been hurt. He was hurt more than other guys would have been hurt. It had no material effect on the fight and he recovered fine. I dunno what more you guys want to hear. Cotto was wobbled by Zab, but took plenty of flush shots from Mosley. Does Cotto have a better chin than Margarito? Does Zab his harder than Mosley?

Different fights, different fighters. **** happens. Lesser punchers occasionally hurt guys with good chins. Floyd made DLH's legs buckle with a counter right. Does DLH have a shitty chin? Does Floyd have monster power?

It's boxing. You get hit. Sometimes it hurts. What happens after is the important part.

You have to keep in mind Margarito gets hit a lot, so he can take a few clean shots and be ok.
