I haven't seen an awful lot of Jennings, but he seems to be a B-level welterweight just like The Gomez.

Oh OK. I misinterpreted. When you said "similar" I thought you meant in the sense of putting a jabroni in the same breath as a legend (hence my confusion, as to which one of Gomez/Jennings is the jabroni and which one's the legend).

Lockett does have a slight height advantage, and similar power, but his china isn't anywhere near Haglers.
